About the Role:
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical governance and coordination of care services for our older clients, ensuring safe, effective, and dignified support in line with HIQA standards. You'll lead and support our team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical leadership and supervision to care teams
2. Conduct assessments and develop person-centred care plans
3. Monitor compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
4. Manage, mentor, and support frontline staff
5. Liaise with families, GPs, hospitals, and other multidisciplinary professionals
6. Champion quality improvement and evidence-based practice
What We're Looking For:
7. Registered Nurse with NMBI (active registration)
8. Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, ideally with older persons or community care
9. Leadership or managerial experience within healthcare
10. Excellent clinical knowledge and risk management skills
11. Strong communication and team-building abilities
12. Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
