Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a Fixed Term Contract position for 12 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. You will play a pivotal part in managing end‑to‑end recruitment for contract and permanent technical positions in Ireland and across Europe.
Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of a vacancy: requirements gathering, job posting, sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates.
* Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
* Work with passive and active candidates and “sell” the vacancy to them.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely, accurate feedback throughout the process.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers.
* Be a proactive team member and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
* Report recruitment trends in industry to senior Amach management.
* Gather candidate feedback on interviews/interviewers and request reviews on Glassdoor.
* Manage and maintain hiring portals, ensuring all applications are dealt with timely.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues independently, taking ownership of solutions.
Qualifications
* Senior‑level experience in a fast‑paced hiring environment.
* Proven track record in technical recruitment, closing vacancies of varying levels and complexity.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Deep knowledge of technical aspects of vacancies (tools, technologies, tech stacks).
* Previous experience hiring IT candidates within Dublin, Ireland and Europe.
* Initiative and proactive project completion ability.
* Excellent prioritisation and high‑volume workload management.
* Expert knowledge in all full‑lifecycle recruiting components (sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, negotiation, relationship management).
