About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of our organization.
* You will work closely with the HR Manager to integrate new acquisitions and support organizational changes across Irish operations.
* Leading initiatives to drive business success, you will coach line managers on performance, engagement, and talent development.
* Oversight of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment through to exit is also expected.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment process in partnership with line managers and agencies.
* Maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners through regular reviews and assessments.
* Develop managerial capability and identify high-potential talent for growth opportunities.
* Lead succession planning and coordinate training identified in quarterly reviews.
* Manage logistics, update the training matrix, and report completion status.
* Handle employee relations and performance matters, ensuring timely reviews and supporting engagement efforts through surveys and follow-up actions.
* Ensure policies meet Irish legislation and employee documentation is GDPR-compliant.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience working as an HR Generalist is required. A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is necessary. Good Employee Relations experience with extensive knowledge of Irish employment law and an understanding of Northern Ireland law would be advantageous. The ability to drive change in a fast-moving commercial environment and travel to other offices as required (with a full driving license and own transport) is also essential.
