Salary: €220/day+
Job Description:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support on a global scale
* Address intricate technical challenges spanning software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure
* Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* More than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role
* Proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory and SCCM
* Experience in working within a cloud environment
