Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
* 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
* 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
* Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
* 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
* 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

In this role, you will focus on development and improvement of our ability to detect vulnerabilities; you will develop mitigations for these risks, and you will work closely with major teams across TI/GCP. The job requires a broad set of skills, both technical and organizational. From a technical perspective, you will need to identify Cloud vulnerabilities related to Change Management, back your hypothesis with data, and develop system-wide mitigations for those risks that may be distributed as Large Scale Changes or other broad roll out techniques. From an organization perspective, you will need to approach teams across TI/GCP and discuss the best approaches to mitigate the risks that those teams are exposed to.
