We are currently recruiting experienced kitchen staff who will be available for work during Galway race week. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy hotel or restaurant environment as a porters role.
The successful applicant must understand the nature of the work and be prepared to work in excess of 50 hours during race week in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts will be based on site at the racecourse in Ballybrit and rosters may vary between early morning to late afternoon shifts or mid-afternoon to late evening shifts.
Early applicants will be offered their preferred shift pattern. These roles are not suitable for those with existing commitments that conflict with work hours during race week.
Meals will be provided while on duty.
Staff parking is available on site.
Polo shirts will be provided as part of the uniform.
An attractive rate of pay will be offered to those committing to work for the full duration of race week.
