Site Operations Manager
Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking a Site Administrator for a new development in Sligo.
* Engage with suppliers and create purchase orders.
* Upload and download information to client portals.
* Receive deliveries and update systems.
* Organise site supplies and services (stationery, office cleaning…)
* Scan and file site documents.
* Prepare reports, minutes as required by operational managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven administration experience in high volume environments required.
* Construction site administration experience would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong system skills i.e., Word, Excel etc.
* Ability to process a high volume of documents daily.
* Full driving licence essential.
Requirements:
1. Administrative experience in high-volume construction sites.
2. Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
3. Capacity to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
5. Working knowledge of computer applications e.g. Microsoft Office Suite.
