Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the account manager in establishing and organizing the implementation of ARAMARK's Environmental Services program according to standardized procedures, ensuring standardized work execution.
2. Manage catering service routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations and implement improvements aligned with operational objectives.
3. Oversee crew scheduling, shifts, and attendance to support high-quality service during mealtime.
4. Continuously improve work efficiency and service quality.
5. Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and maintain a safe workplace.
6. Manage inventory, tools, materials, and fixed assets; ensure tableware and environment are safe and clean.
7. Maintain effective internal communication and collaboration, focusing on problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
8. Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
9. Provide training to improve service skills and capabilities; maintain comprehensive working journals and handover checklists.
Qualifications
1. Educational background: College degree or higher.
2. Work experience: Minimum of 2 years in onsite management within the catering industry; experience in large-scale property management, five-star hotels, or customer service management is preferred.
3. Vocational qualifications: Familiarity with standard procedures in catering and coffee shop operations; knowledge of professional service systems.
4. Computer & language skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic English communication skills.
5. Competencies: Customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, flexibility, integrity, responsibility, enthusiasm, professionalism, and drive for excellence.
