The School of Irish Archaeology is looking for a flexible part time driver that possesses a clean BE Drivers Licence in order to tow a 16ft heavy goods trailer nationwide. This position is suitable for someone who has flexibility during the week and on weekends. Work is usually morning drop-offs and collection in the afternoon. While this position is mainly east-coast based it will at times require the candidate to travel nationwide when needed.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Must have experience driving large trailers and vehicles.
* Must have full clean BE Drivers Licence.
* Must ensure all health and safety standards are upheld.
* Have a professional and mature approach towards all aspects of their work.
* Be hardworking, punctual, reliable and be able to work off their own initiative.
* Must be flexible in terms of days, some work will be on weekends in peak season.
* Flexible and excellent time management.
Qualifications:
· Full clean BE driving licence as the position will require travel.
· Leaving Cert or equivalent qualification.
· Must have a fluency in English to a level that will enable you to perform the job effectively.
· Minimum 1 years driving experience transporting heaving goods vehicles
