Job Description
Purpose: Optimize healthcare cost savings through strategic ideation and data-driven decision making.
We are seeking an Associate Director to research and investigate key business problems, utilizing quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare costs data. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment integrity, experience with data analysis, and proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong matrixed relationships with internal stakeholders to define, align, and deliver payment integrity initiatives.
* Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, approaches, and/or products.
* Recommend changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience.
* General knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system.
* Experience in payment integrity or broader health plan affordability initiatives.
* Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
