About the Role
Our Client is experiencing a huge growth leading to them being on a lookout for a new Finance Project Manager. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the company's key transformation initiatives, with an initial focus on the global Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) program. This strategic initiative centers on implementing a unified ERP platform (IFS Cloud) and harmonizing global finance processes across all Data Centers Technology regions.
As a must-win initiative for the client, the transformation aims to deliver a standardized, connected, and efficient operating model that supports long-term business excellence. The Finance Project Manager will ensure the initiative is executed effectively, embedded sustainability, and aligned with their strategic goals.
Purpose of the TTOE Initiative
The Transformation Towards Operational Excellence (TTOE) program is designed to tackle critical business challenges and unlock new efficiencies by creating harmonized, connected, and end-to-end process flows. It will also form the foundation for future digitalization and data analytics advancements, positioning the company for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Advanced training or certifications in program/project management (, PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.
Experience
3. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on large-scale transformation programs.
4. Proven track record in ERP implementation and global process harmonization, preferably within IFS Cloud.
5. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in complex, multinational environments.
6. Broad understanding of finance processes and experience translating business requirements into ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
12. Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with overall transformation timelines.
13. Coordinate activities within the finance workstream, managing interdependencies and milestones.
14. Regularly report progress, risks, and issues to project management and key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
15. Serve as the primary point of contact for all finance workstream stakeholders.
16. Ensure stakeholder needs are captured and reflected in solution design and delivery.
17. Foster collaboration and alignment across functions and regions.
Scope & Requirements Management
18. Support the collection, validation, and documentation of business requirements.
19. Define and control project scope throughout the implementation lifecycle.
20. Translate business needs into functional ERP solutions in collaboration with super users and process owners.
Risk & Issue Management
21. Identify and assess risks and issues within the workstream.
22. Escalate critical risks impacting scope, budget, or timeline.
23. Develop mitigation and contingency plans with the project management team.
Resource Oversight
24. Monitor and optimize resource allocation and utilization within the finance workstream.
25. Manage changes to project resources as needed.
Testing & Quality Assurance
26. Support planning and execution of testing activities across project phases.
27. Ensure test cases reflect real business scenarios and validate end-to-end process functionality.
28. Coordinate defect resolution and retesting efforts.
Change Management
29. Act as a change ambassador within the finance function, promoting awareness and adoption.
30. Support communication, training, and user readiness activities to drive successful transformation.
