Level 2 Service Desk Engineer Responsibilities: Deliver professional, on-site IT support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support senior engineers on projects and escalate where required. Monitor, manage, and resolve tickets within SLA. Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the knowledge base. Provide support for business applications, meeting room tech, and mobile devices. Foster strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. Technical Skills: Previous experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments. Experience working in a dynamic Service Desk atmosphere.
