The team operates under a Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) model, enabling both centralized expertise and close partnership with leaders and teams across the firm.
The HR organization is comprised of approximately 27 HR professionals globally, spanning HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Analytics, and Central HR Service Delivery.
HR team members are based across several StepStone offices, including New York, La Jolla, Baltimore, Charlotte, Dublin, Zurich, and Sydney, and work collaboratively to support a global employee population.
About the role The Talent Intern will support the Global Talent Management team with day-to-day operations, program coordination, learning initiatives, and HR technology maintenance.
This role will work closely with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Campus partners to support intern and analyst programs, including onboarding, learning experiences, communications, and program operations.
