Overview
Atrium is looking for an accomplished Transfer Agency Client Services Consultant to join the TA and Client Services Team. You will be responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring that the Transfer Agency service is maintained as per the defined tasks outlined in the Client Service Centre Model. The department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements. You will be required onsite 3 days a week in Limerick office.
Responsibilities
* Attend client meetings with the appropriate operational representatives
* Prepare presentations for operational or due diligence meetings
* Vetting all incident reports prior to release and ensuring items are added to the daily client incident logs
* Manage client issues ensuring appropriate resolution, including regular liaison with Global Relationship Managers and other Operational Managers to provide a seamless service
* Ensure that partner and client interactions are dealt with in a prompt professional manner at all times
* Demonstrate client servicing skills in all interactions and maintain a positive manner
* Strive for first contact resolution on all incoming queries
* Respond to incoming enquiries (via phone, email, workflow, etc.) accurately, completely and in a timely manner
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
* Offer performance management, career development support, and input for staffing; provide hands-on training to partners
* Develop periodic goals for the Team, organize the work, set short-term priorities, monitor activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion
Essential qualifications
* Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role as well as strong client engagement/client servicing skills
* People management and change management experience is desirable
* Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Transfer Agency industry and regulatory knowledge
* Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
* Good keyboard skills and ability to learn systems used within the business
* Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
* Planning and organisation skills; flexible approach to work
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
* Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships with relevant stakeholders
