Key responsibilities:
* Reviewing and submitting application and vetting forms for all Mite employees and subcontractors.
* Ensuring full compliance with all requirements and adherence to regulations.
* Ensuring all records are kept up to date
* Preparing and attending Audits
* Processing badge applications and keeping records
* Organising training for staff
* Updating the leavers tracker
* Ensuring all Criminal Record Checks are updated
* Responsible for obtaining staff parking permits
* Updating all Master records/trackers
* Administration support for staff
* POC for queries
* To be flexible and carry out other duties as required
About you:
* Proven experience as a Compliance Coordinator or similar role.
* Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
