Project Overview:
* Initial projects: commercial x2 in South East region
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with design teams to ensure compliance with company standards and program.
2. Timely submission of O&M manuals, BC(A)R procedures, and other duties.
3. Maintaining Design coordination workshops, minutes of meetings, and tracking actions.
4. Reviewing specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details.
5. E nsuring integration across the project in agreement with all parties, including the MEP Manager and Project/Contracts Manager.
6. Liaising with statutory utilities providers to meet project needs.
7. Assisting QS with assessment of Sub-Contractor monthly applications for payment.
8. Overseeing MEP Testing & Commissioning Process.
9. Managing MEP O&M and As-Built Documentation Process.
10. Maintaining relationships with Client designers, Sub-Contractors, and stakeholders to secure future work.
11. Delivering the project to cost, time, and quality.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
2. 3+ years' experience.
3. Experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Education, etc.
4. Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous.
5. Candidate must have ability to work in teams, be an organised self-starter, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office packages, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
