Job Title: Primary Care CRGN
We are seeking a skilled CRGN to work on a week-to-week basis in Louth Primary Care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with public health nurses in providing high-quality patient care.
2. Undertake travel to various locations as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in community and wound care is advantageous but not essential.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with hours between 9am and 5pm.
* Ability to cover 4 days per week.
* Must have access to own vehicle for travel and home visits.
