- SPA's etcetera Essential Criteria for the Role: Hands-on experience with UTM Firewalls (Forti Gate, Checkpoint)
- routing, UTM policies, IPSec VPN setup Hands-on experience with Cisco devices (mostly switches) Experience maintaining VMware and Hyper-V infrastructures Fluency in using SCCM for deploying packages, installing updates deploying Windows using OSD Fluency in configuring and maintaining Windows Server services (DFS, DNS, AD DS, DHCP, NPS, ADFS, Printing) Experience with managed AV solution (ESET ERA) Knowledge of email flow (SFP, DMARC, NDR troubleshooting) Experience with Cloud solutions
- Office 365 (primarily Exchange Online), Azure, AWS Experience with enterprise class backup solutions (Comm Vault Simpana v10 or newer) Experience with Lync/Skype for Business Experience with MS SQL Server Knowledge of Email Archiving solutions (Veritas) Good knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (i OS, Android, Windows) Working knowledge of MDM platforms (Air Watch, Mobile Iron, In Tune) Previous experience xsokbrc with using and troubleshooting Citrix applications.
