Role Profile
As a People Partner, you will play a key role in advancing our People Strategy by supporting the delivery of HR services and initiatives. Reporting to the People Manager, you will collaborate with senior leaders across faculties and schools to implement HR strategies aligned with DCU’s strategic vision and goals. This role blends strategic advice with hands‑on operational support, focusing on talent management, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.

Salary Scale
Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
