Job Overview
Britvic Ireland is seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager to drive the long-term strategy and annual brand plans for our Club brand and local soft drinks portfolio. This role carries full P&L responsibility for Local carbs (Club, Cidona, C&C & TK) and requires a consumer-first mindset to engage and attract younger audiences into the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a clear brand strategy and compelling annual brand plans for the Club portfolio and local soft drink brands to achieve brand performance goals
* Act as the guardian of the brand positioning and identity, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints
* Create integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy and positioning
* Responsible for delivering the optimum scale and reach for the brand with the right media mix
* Ownership of the social media channel strategy, content plans, content partners, and media support to attract and engage the brand audience
* Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Insights, and Category teams to drive brand strategy
* Work closely with the shopper marketing team to deliver best-in-class shopper activations that drive brand performance
* Monitor performance analysis to ensure the brand is delivering against key metrics: penetration, share, brand health metrics, sales, revenue, profit, etc.
* Collaborate with key agencies to deliver best-in-class plans for Club
* Work with R&D to develop a strong 3-year innovation plan that will drive excitement among younger consumers
* Build valuable collaborations/licensing agreements to drive brand fame
* Provide leadership, coaching, and development for your direct reports and create a positive team environment
* Inspire and engage internal and external stakeholders by championing Club's vision and successes, building excitement and commitment to brand plans/Develop internal communications to drive engagement for the brand
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management
* Consumer-first mindset
* Proven track record of delivering success
* Honours Degree in a Business Discipline
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Strong commercial acumen
