Job Title: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a key role within our organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of five business units.
This includes effective scheduling, resource allocation, and on-time delivery. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for evaluating and improving operational workflows and management systems using data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities include setting and delivering operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with transport legislation, managing departmental budgets, and providing leadership to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
A strong analytical mindset, comprehensive understanding of transport logistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are essential for this role.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing environments, along with a relevant degree in logistics or operations, is highly advantageous.
