Job Description:
This is a pivotal leadership role that requires you to lead and manage the engineering operations during your shift. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools, leading a skilled team of engineers and apprentices, and collaborating closely with other functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning reactive maintenance function & supporting day-to-day running of all engineering activities on your shift
* Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools
* Collaborating closely with Production, Quality, Health & Safety & other functions
* Managing preventative maintenance planning through our CMMS system & controlling spare parts availability
