The Profile: What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a sales agent, outbound sales rep, or similar role (B2C, B2B, D2D, F2F) looking to step up.
Ambition: A “closer” mindset with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Presence: A desire to be in the heart of the action in our office, learning and collaborating Monday–Friday.
Legal: Valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
Rewards:
Lucrative Earning Path: Target Earnings of €50k+ (Year 1), scaling to €80k+ (Year 2) and €100k+ (Year 3).
Competitive Structure: Base salary in the mid-€30k range (DOE) with uncapped monthly commissions, including both upfront and trailing revenue.
