This permanent role is ideal for a skilled technician with a background in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical disciplines. Working closely within a dedicated team of four, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a busy site. This position is Monday to Friday, offering a stable work-life balance, with the potential for on-call dutiesremunerated through additional call-out rates. Youll bring practical, trade-based experience and a proactive attitude to ensure high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities: Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across mechanical and electrical systems. Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues efficiently and safely. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as required. Assist in fault-finding and diagnostics for building systems and equipment. Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with a team of four technicians to ensure smooth site operations. Support site-wide improvements in facility reliability and performance. Participate in an on-call rota, with additional pay for call-outs. Liaise with contractors and suppliers when necessary. Requirements: A full or partial trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in facilities, maintenance, or technical roles. Strong hands-on skills with a practical, solution-focused approach. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and documentation skills. Flexibility to respond to on-call duties when scheduled. Commitment to safe working practices and regulatory compliance. Eligibility to work in Ireland.
