Project Lead
A successful project lead plays a pivotal role in the success of civils contractors. The ideal candidate will oversee project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site teams, motivating staff to deliver high-quality work
* Liaise with Health & Safety Team to ensure compliance
* Maintain accurate records and paperwork
* Serve as primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings and regular communication
Requirements:
* 5+ years management experience
* Experience managing multiple civil teams and projects
* Highly organised, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
* Full Driving License
