Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented litigation professional to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our partner and other fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support and assistance, including typing, management of incoming communications and documents, producing legal briefs, management of filing and archiving, liaising with clients, and performing general administration duties.
* Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Liaising with clients and communicating effectively via phone and email.
Requirements:
* Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 60wpm.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
* Minimum of 24 months experience in litigation.
