The Role
As
Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager
, you will work closely with senior leadership to:
* Drive the strategic and financial design of new fund and managed account propositions.
* Support fundraising activities and investor relations, ensuring high-quality materials and data are delivered to prospective partners.
* Monitor group-wide strategy, develop financial models, and support corporate finance initiatives.
You'll report to the Managing Director of Strategy and Capital Formation, with a dotted line to the CFO, and will contribute to both product development and broader corporate finance projects at group level.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine fund/product strategies and financial models.
* Lead the preparation of marketing materials, legal document reviews, and investor due diligence processes.
* Manage data rooms, DDQs, track record information, and investor presentations.
* Run sensitivity analyses and provide financial insights to support investor negotiations.
* Support group-level planning, cash flow modelling, and valuation work for the Board.
* Collaborate on strategy presentations and future business planning scenarios.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate finance or professional transaction services (investment banking, accounting, or similar).
* Strong understanding of private capital real asset metrics (IRRs, TVPI, etc.).
* Proven track record in financial modelling, fundraising materials, and due diligence processes.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and boards.
* Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
* Experience working under pressure and balancing multiple priorities.
* Exposure to regulated entities (e.g., AIFMs) is a plus but not essential.
