About the Role
* As a Support Worker, you will work closely with colleagues to provide individualised care and support to people with complex needs.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with supported individuals.
* You will also be involved in supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
* In addition, you will be required to update and maintain accurate records using a tablet on our Information Management system.
