Legal ManagerGlobal Retail OrganisationOur client is seeking a commercially focused Legal Manager to join an established legal team in a global business.Ideal candidates will have experience of commercial contracts relating to marketing, events and branding (retail industry experience a bonus, but not essential).Candidates with more general commercial contracts experience will also be considered, depending on their industry background.This position will suit a 3-6 year pqe Lawyer.Key Responsibilities (a more detailed JD is available)Review and provide legal advice on all marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional materialDraft and negotiate complex agreements for high-profile retail events, influencer partnerships, and brand activations.Support on commercial leasing arrangements for the businessThis position reports to the Head of Legal in Ireland.You will gain significant experience working cross-departmentally, so strong communication skills and relationship management skills are essential.3 days on site (location – Kildare)Please reach out to Sarah Kelly, Partner, The Panel to discuss on a confidential basis.
