Heat Merchants in Clonmel, Co Tipperary currently have an excellent opportunity for a Part-time Van Driver/Stores Person to join the team.
This is a varied role offering exposure to variety of different roles within the branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveries for the branch, organizing the stores area of the branch and assist on the counter as and when required.

Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
Monitor and manage customer orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Receive and unload deliveries, placing stock in designated physical locations and accurately recording inventory on the ERP system.
Report damaged or faulty stock promptly, and coordinate returns to the Central Warehouse in line with company procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe stores environment, ensuring walkways are clear of hazards and stock is stored correctly.
Support sales activities, responding to customer enquiries via phone or in person at the counter as and when needed.
Participate in cycle counts, assisting with preparation, counting, and reconciliation as required.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant workplace.
Carry out additional duties as reasonably assigned by management to support operational needs.
