About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team at our Kingscourt site. This is a key leadership role within our Extrusion Centre of Excellence, where you will play a vital part in shaping and maintaining a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and group standards.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director for Extrusion, you will be responsible for championing a culture of continuous improvement, driving quality excellence, and embedding robust compliance practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 37301 and regulatory requirements
Work closely with the management team to drive quality performance and operational excellence
Champion a continuous improvement culture, with a strong focus on root cause analysis and customer complaint resolution
Collaborate across all departments to provide guidance, support, and leadership on quality standards and processes
Implement and drive Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives to reduce non-conformances and achieve KPI targets
Develop and communicate quality and compliance strategies across all levels of the business
Lead internal audits and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of quality systems
Support the Extrusion Centre of Excellence in delivering best practices and standardisation in compliance management
Analyse system performance and lead corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
About You
We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about quality and compliance.
Degree or Diploma (Level 7 minimum) in a relevant discipline
Proven experience in a quality or compliance role within manufacturing
Recognised qualification in Quality Management
Demonstrable experience delivering measurable quality improvements
Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
Skills & Attributes:
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused approach
