Candidates Must Have
* Strong technical experience in molecular biology and genetic analysis.
* Technical experience in DNA extraction and purification from food matrices.
* Proficiency in real-time PCR (qPCR) based detection, data analysis, and interpretation.
* Technical experience with quantitative PCR assays, and bioinformatics tools (e.g., BLAST, or NCBI databases).
* Implement and monitor contamination control measures, including the use of laboratory zoning.
* Design and validate PCR methods for specific GMO constructs and events.
