Key areas of responsibility: Process online orders Ensure order follow up, by managing deliveries and collections for online orders Assist customers with the returns process and follow up on returned orders Manage and resolve customer queries, via phone and email Respond to and resolve queries from online chat portal Carrying out other necessary ad-hoc administration duties The role requires: Strong computer skills: an advanced knowledge of Office products essential Professional oral and written communication skills The successful person will be: Disciplined and organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and not afraid of hard work Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
