We’re supporting a leading contractor in recruiting a Project Manager to oversee a significant new-build healthcare project in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-profile project from inception to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor your project team, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
* Develop and maintain the construction programme with the Contracts Manager.
* Implement a strong on-site safety culture and ensure compliance with company safety systems.
* Manage project costs, prelims, and packages effectively, proposing practical, cost-effective solutions.
* Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any issues.
Candidate Profile
* Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial projects, including new build and fit-out schemes.
* Experience working in design and build environments.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
* Technically strong, with excellent numeracy and report writing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
* Commercially aware, proposing practical, cost-effective solutions.
* Computer literate, familiar with MS Office and project scheduling software.
