Customer Sales Agent – Easytrip
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin
Job Type: Part time
Are you someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and making life easier for others? At Easytrip, we're looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Sales Agent to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers – making sure they get the most from their Easytrip services, from tolling and parking to car wash and breakdown assistance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting Easytrip customers by phone, email, and chat
Matching customers with the services that suit them best
Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
Meeting monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Delivering excellent customer care every step of the way

What You'll Need:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent (minimum requirement)
Previous experience in customer care or sales is a bonus – but not essential
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM/database systems experience is a plus
A positive attitude, energy, and a drive to meet targets and KPIs
