You'll design scalable, data-driven quality programs, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure every localized experience feels natural, accurate, and human.If you're passionate aboutlanguage quality, cross-functional collaboration, and empowering global vendor partnerships, this could be your next great move.What You'll DoDrive localization quality at scaleDevelop and execute scalable quality programs that align with global localization priorities.Design and refine frameworks for quality assurance—covering source content optimization, terminology management, and vendor education.Leverage data to monitor quality performance across locales, identify trends, and implement improvements.Champion vendor engagement and partnershipCollaborate closely with external localization vendors to ensure they have the clarity, tools, and context needed to deliver quality at scale.Proactively identify and remove blockers that impact vendor performance.Gather vendor feedback to inform future process improvements and tool development.Ensure quality in all localesOversee linguistic quality for markets without dedicated Language Managers.Monitor quality scores, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.What You Bring3+ years of experience in localization, quality management, or related fieldsStrong background in localization workflows, quality frameworks, and vendor managementFamiliarity with CAT and TMS toolsProven ability to communicate effectively with culturally diverse audiencesSkilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA proactive, solutions-oriented attitude and an ability to drive alignment across teamsBonus Points ForFluency in one or more languages beyond EnglishHands-on experience integrating AI into localization workflowsExposure to budgeting, forecasting, or finance managementExperience working with multi-language vendors or market-specific providersThis opportunity is a 11-month contract, remote in Ireland.
