The Talbot Group seeks a highly skilled Social Care Worker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in residential, respite or day service settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Job Description Provide person-centered care and support through a practical, physical and emotional approach that meets the needs of service users.
The Senior Social Care Worker is part of the on-floor duty team and will be responsible for coordinating shifts while on duty.
They will also supervise other staff under their direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications A qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work or Nursing (with Disability modules).
