We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Assistant in our award wining store, Arboretum Kilquade. You will be a part of an energetic team that will drive sales and maintain the high standards of the store.
Responsibilities
* Showcase strong cooking skills and proficiency in various culinary techniques.
* Collaborate on menu development, offering creative ideas aligned with customer preferences and Arboretum standards.
* Adhere to strict food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Efficiently manage time to meet service requirements and maintain consistency in food preparation.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
Requirements
* Relevant Culinary Qualification
* Certification in food safety and hygiene standards
* Minimum 1 year experience in a pastry role.
