About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Leader who can oversee all aspects of food preparation and service in our busy restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Chef to showcase their expertise and passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and knowledge.
* Develop and implement menu plans that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
* Sources high-quality ingredients from local suppliers to maintain excellent GPs and wastage levels.
* Maintain KPIs, adhering to HACCP standards and ensuring the highest level of food safety.
* Foster excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to produce a very high standard of food.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef in a busy 4/5* hotel or upmarket restaurant.
* Excellent financial acumen and proven track record in achieving excellent GPs and Food Costs.
* Strong culinary and creative background, keeping up to date on industry trends.
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
