Overview
This is a new opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Manager to join a profitable, highly innovative Semiconductor company based in Cork.
Responsibilities
Lead a small IC team developing optical receiver ICs.
Control and drive the complete development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs.
Provide end-to-end technical ownership from architecture and specification through design, verification, tape-out, silicon bring-up, characterisation and production release.
Collaborate with executive leadership and customers to align objectives and deliverables.
Provide deep technical expertise in analog IC design and guide multiple chips through architecture, design, verification, layout, tapeout and production.
Demonstrate leadership in a high-performance environment with effective communication across groups.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience managing design teams in a high-performance environment.
Strong communication skills with ability to present ideas and proposals to multiple groups.
Deep technical expertise in analog IC design and experience taking chips through architecture, design, verification, layout, tapeout and production.
