Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing food production to a high standard.
* Contribute to the creation of imaginative menus.
* Implement, monitor, and comply with food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
* Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to.
* Manage and supervise kitchen staff, particularly in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.
* Assist with training of kitchen brigade.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

Key Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a restaurant, hotel, or golf resort.
* Availability to work early and late shifts, including weekends.
* Highly organized and strong team player skills.
