Job Description
The Sales Administration Team Leader will be responsible for leading a dynamic team that underpins the success of the Irish Sales Team. This role ensures the smooth operation of daily support functions, fosters team development, and aligns support activities with broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive organiser, a confident communicator, and a strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team leadership and development
2. Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
3. Conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation
4. Ensure GDPR compliance for all back-office data handling
5. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal departments
6. Analyse data to support departmental and business-wide decisions
7. Provide regular management reporting and insights
8. Problem solving and merchant support
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Organisational Sciences, Economics or similar
* 5+ years of experience in team leading
* Experience in a sales support, administrative or back-office role
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Legal right to work in Ireland
* Solution-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
* Well organised and skilled in multitasking
