The Operational Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of customer and partner excellence across the Group Operational Structure. The role holder is accountable for supporting operational delivery which enhances the overall customer experience, aligning with our objectives to boost service, loyalty and collaboration. The role holder will support the delivery of the Strategic Roadmap ensuring a customer centric focus on strategic deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
In conjunction with the Operational Delivery Manager -
* Responsible for supporting the implementation of Projects, Initiatives and Continuous improvement across International Operations.
* Embed a customer centric culture across the organisation.
* Bring ideas and improvements to the table and operate a can-do attitude.
* Accountable for assisting with the planning, co-ordination, monitoring progress and timely delivery of prioritised projects and initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across Operations, Change & IT to assist with delivering on Utmost’s strategic deliverables.
* Drive change and initiatives aimed at enhancing both customer and partner experiences.
* Ensure oversight of post project implementations and any residual risks or process changes required.
* Maintain and develop effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Person Specification and Qualifications
* Proven track record of driving and delivering change which enhances the customer journey and overall customer & partner experience.
* Strong customer focus with a proven track record of implementing market-leading service improvements.
* Understanding of the products and markets which we service, the partners that distribute them and the emerging trends and demands across the industry.
* Proven track record of working on own initiative to measure, analyse and breakdown data to identify trends and issues which need delivered solutions.
* Role holder must be focused and ambitious to deliver best in practice customer service.
* Role holder must have a customer centric vision and the drive to implement better customer outcomes and experience on a daily basis.
* Evidence and experience of delivering in the field of projects with a customer focus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to plan, prioritise and adapt work-loads.
* Act as a role model to the team and demonstrates the ability to mentor and coach other team members.
