Early Years Educator Role
As an Early Years Educator at our childcare organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering holistic, play-based education to support children's development. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that curriculum and activities align with established standards, promoting centre success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education
- Align curriculum and activities with Aistear and Siolta
- Provide engaging care and observations
- Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, inclusion, and care
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Experience in childcare or related field (preferred)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Passion for working with children
- Reliability, empathy, and attention to detail
- Interest in continued growth within a values-driven childcare setting
