We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Takeaway Team Members to join our Front of House crew In this role, you'll be the face of our takeaway service — greeting guests, taking orders, packing food with care, and ensuring every order leaves our restaurant hot, fresh, and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet takeaway customers warmly, whether in-person or by phone
* Accurately take and input takeaway orders using the POS system
* Communicate clearly with the kitchen and delivery drivers
* Pack orders carefully and double-check for accuracy and completeness
* Process payments efficiently (cash, card, and online orders)
* Manage takeaway shelving and organize pick-up areas
* Keep the takeaway and front counter areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
* Provide excellent service under pressure during busy periods
* Solve minor issues quickly and escalate larger concerns to a supervisor
* Ability to work weekends is essential.
