Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to customers on all aspects of general insurance underwriting. This includes responding to customer queries, retaining current customers, and identifying upsell opportunities for additional policy benefits. The successful candidate will also focus on achieving challenging service levels with a customer-centric approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent phone manner & communication skills
* Good IT Skills (use of MS Office Products)
* Minimum of 2 honours in Higher Level subjects in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) or Third Level Qualification (minimum level 6 standard)
