Our client, a well-established retail business with multiple sites across Ireland, is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior leadership team.This is a critical role for the business, providing financial leadership, strategic insight, and operational oversight to support continued national growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and risk managementOversee financial operations across all retail locations, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory complianceManage the finance team and work closely with senior executives to drive performance and profitabilityProvide detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-makingLiaise with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and advisorsSupport commercial teams on budgeting, pricing strategies, and investment plansDrive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting structuresThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or multi-site operational sectorACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Strong understanding of retail operations, commercial finance, and cashflow managementExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work on-site in Wexford, with some travel to retail locations as requiredTo express interest or request more information in confidence, please contact our team.
