Our long-standing reputation speaks to the trust and reliability we've built within the healthcare sector.Job Description:We are working in partnership with Trinity Support & Care Services, who are an innovative organisation providing quality assured, safe, and person centered residential care and outreach support services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities.We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Person in Charge/ Manager to join their dedicated team based in Castleblayney, Monaghan.The Manager will lead and develop the service, ensuring compliance and high-quality support in line with Trinity Support & Care Services' values.Permanent contract, full time hours.Key Responsibilities:Lead a person-centred service that promotes dignity, independence, choice, and respectOversee referrals, admissions, reviews, and care planning in partnership with families and professionalsSupport service users to develop independence and participate in multi-disciplinary reviewsManage concerns and complaints sensitively and professionallyRecruit, induct, supervise, and develop staff, providing strong leadership and supportFoster a positive, safe, and therapeutic environment for service users and staffBuild strong community links and positively represent Trinity Support & Care ServicesEnsure effective administration, rota planning, and safe medication managementManage budgets, reports, and financial complianceOversee health & safety, ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance Essential Requirements:Relevant professional qualification in Social Work, Nursing, or a related Health & Social Care disciplineRecognised professional management qualification (HIQA-compliant)Minimum 3 years' paid experience in Health & Social Care, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/management roleDemonstrated ability in staff and resource managementStrong administrative and communication systems managementExperience liaising with statutory and voluntary agenciesRight to live and work in Ireland
