HR Strategy Partner
This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for driving HR strategies that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for providing advice, guidance and support to multiple departments.
The role encompasses a range of responsibilities including workforce planning, engagement initiatives, retention strategies and employee relations. You will work closely with management to understand their strategic goals and provide guidance on implementing HR policies that meet these needs.
You will also be responsible for developing training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. This includes coaching managers on performance management, employee development and succession planning.
