About the Role:
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of Match Day Hospitality and Non-Matchday Meetings and Events. Your role will play a pivotal part in maintaining high standards of service, creating exceptional experiences for guests.
This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic core team of 12 direct reports and up to 100 casuals depending on the event. You will support the department to deliver approximately 35 matches and 2 conferences per week, including Drinks Receptions, Gala Dinners and Banqueting for up to 600 guests.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a background in hotel management and high-volume catering. You should have a passion for attention to detail and high service standards, with experience in a large hospitality setting. Additionally, you should have solid knowledge of Conference & Banqueting operations, ensuring seamless service for guests.
Your skills as a strong communicator and organiser will help keep everything running smoothly. You must be able to work a flexible 5 over 7-day roster, understanding that unsociable hours may occasionally be required to meet business needs. As a representative of our brand, you will act as a company ambassador, embracing client feedback and striving for excellence.
